About Forum 2021

The uncertainties experienced in the last few years have forced us to rethink the modes of working and encouraged us to seize the opportunities that the crisis highlights and creates.

This year’s World Latvian Economics and Innovations Forum will focus on the economic development of the capital of Latvia—Riga—and its endless prospects for growth. We believe in Riga as a uniquely attractive destination for international investments and talents – it’s a globally competitive city and the conference will illustrate why.

The Forum will be divided into three thematic blocks – entrepreneurship and investment, talent attraction, as well as real estate development. Each block will feature three keynote speakers, followed by a moderated discussion between a panel of experts.

Since 2013 WLEIF events have continued their evolution to become a recognised and highly valued global gathering of Latvians and supporters of Latvian economic and business development. Following last year’s experience and travel restrictions, the one-day conference will be a hybrid event with both in-person and online attendance.

Join us on December 4th from anywhere in the world at pleif.lv.
